Late blog-bloomer here. Decided to start posting pics and video of the adventures in pressure cooking. In October, Mama gave me an old Presto Pressure cooker, and hit the ol' interwebs to see what recipes are out there. I've made three things in it so far:
After tonight's spectacular reception of the pork chops, I decided to post the video and hop on the blogging bandwagon.
So, tonight's video is the results of reading and following a recipe from hippressurecooking.com
This is the roommate and me enjoying the results of 30 minutes of active cooking. Not too shabby .
Future posts to this blog will contain video and photos of the good, the bad, and the tasty. My roommate and I will attempt to video the cooking process, and compare the "ideal" of the recipes to the "reality" of actually doing them and eating the results.
Ok. I'm going to post this now, and upload the video in a bit . Need to find a micro USB to get it off my phone and onto the computer.
